摘要:
microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类小分子非编码RNAs,通过与靶基因互补配对在转录后水平调控基因表达。生理环境的改变(药物、致癌物、激素、压力或癌症等)会导致miRNA表达的改变而影响药物代谢或药效的改变。对药物代谢酶相关的miRNA进行评价可为个体化治疗提供有价值的信息。该文就miRNA对Ⅰ相和Ⅱ相代谢酶的转录后调控作用进行综述。
Abstract:
microRNAs(miRNAs)are a family of short non-coding RNAs that regulate the expression of target genes by binding to complementary regions. The miRNAs expression is readily altered by drugs, carcinogens,hormones, stress or diseases, and that might lead to changes in the drug metabolism,pharmacokinetics or potency. Moreover, the evaluation of drug metabolic enzyme-related miRNAs would provide useful information for personalized medicine. This review describes the current knowledge on the post-transcription regulation of drug metabolic enzymes by miRNAs.
